  Ford should revoke this dealers license to operate. Ripped off my parents saying they needed work for out of provinces that they didn't actually require to pass an inspection, and for myself, they're head tech never put back a stabilizer link after changing my ball joint. I strongly suggest finding somewhere else where they actually know what they're doing!!!

  Each time I went truck shopping, admittedly on a Saturday and Sunday, Aspen Ford was the only place I could find someone wanting to sell me a truck. Other places only had one sales guy and he was busy, or I wandered a lot and no one came out to say hi.

  Friendly staff, knowledgeable. I live out of town and so I waited while my oil was changed and tires were switched over. It took about 2 hours and I didn't realize it would take that long. It would have been nice to have been told how long it would take and to be kept up to date as to what was happening.
